To organise your airsoft gear, use two bags: a carry bag holding everything for the day (replica in a closed case, protection, clothing, consumables) and, on your body, a light load carrier with only what you use in play. A checklist prepared the night before avoids forgotten items, and a few simple rules keep transport discreet and safe.

Carrying your gear safely
- The replica travels in a closed bag or case, never in plain sight. A replica seen in the street can be mistaken for a real firearm.
- Magazines empty and replica unloaded, battery disconnected on an electric replica.
- In the car, in the boot, out of sight.
- Change on site: no tactical outfit in public spaces.
- LiPo batteries in a fireproof bag, never charged unattended.
- Gas cans away from heat and sun, never left in a car in summer.

Organising your bag in four steps
- Lay everything out the night before and tick the checklist.
- Group items by use in pouches: protection, consumables, maintenance, clothing.
- Put what you only need on the way home at the bottom (change of clothes) and what you need on arrival at the top (protection, armband).
- Repack when you get home: charge batteries, dry protection, note what was missing.
MOLLE bags: what are they for?
MOLLE is a grid of webbing straps (called PALS) sewn onto bags, vests and belts. You attach removable pouches to it, so you can adapt the bag to the game: medical pouch, bottle holder, radio pouch. On a game bag, keep few pouches to stay light. If you play in a ghillie, a 3D ghillie pack cover hides its shape.
Securing your accessories during play
A falling optic, a magazine lost in the leaves or a radio torn off all cost money. Before heading into play:
- Tighten the mounts of optics and lights, and check them between rounds.
- Close your pouches and check magazine retention.
- Tether small items (radio, tools) with a lanyard or cord.
- Jump on the spot: anything that moves or rattles needs securing again.
